What does PADI Specialty Peak Performance Buoyancy include?

You will do two dives during which we will focus on a detailed buoyancy training. Your instructor will explain how to find out the right amount of weight and reduce it to a minimum to achieve the perfect neutral buoyancy.

We will show you the different finning techniques and breathing, explain you about trim and positioning, how you can be more hydrodynamic and move smoothly underwater.

We train you to glide safely and effortlessly through the water in every position. New abilities make you a better diver, especially to enjoy marine life, depth, and currents in a safe way.
