As we announced last March, Padi has been sold to a consortium of investors for 700 million dollars. Since the news flooded the social media there had been no statement from the Dive Organisation. Finally, on 16 May, PADI CEO Drew Richardson released the following statement:<\/p>\n

Even so, new voices point to an interest on the part of Virgin that, could be considering PADI as complementary part to its aerospace business.
